Six Week Private Training Membership
Our Private Training Membership is designed to put you at the centre of everything we do. All our sessions take place at our purpose-built training studio and offer complete privacy in a safe and comfortable environment, leaving you to enjoy your training with no distractions. You will receive our undivided attention throughout and will even have priority support for any questions you may have when completing your assigned home exercises between each session.
When it comes to our coaching paradigm, we choose to coach our clients in 6 week periods to allow for a realistic timeframe in which to see progress, whilst not losing focus of the intricate details that will help build the foundations for longer term results. In other words, we want all our clients to become brilliant at the basics. Coaching to us means far more than just training our clients, we pride ourselves on educating and building self-management techniques to give you back control of your lifestyle. Understanding how your own body functions and where your limitations lie is the first step in learning to move better.

How Does It Work?
Consultation
We use this time to learn all about you and your current situation, your goals, previous experiences and medical background. We will discuss how we can help and what you can expect when training with us. This usually lasts around 60 minutes and can be done in person, via video chat or by phone.
Movement Assessment
The next step is to get you booked in for your Functional Range Assessment. All our clients undertake our full body assessment before starting their training. This allows us to identify what we need to work on from a joint health and movement capacity standpoint and formulate the best approach for your individual needs. Every decision we make is based on our assessment findings. This lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Bespoke Training Programme
We then use the information collected to design your training programme. It will be periodised, monitored and progressed by your coach throughout each 6 week period to ensure you are continually challenged week on week. At the end of your first 6 week period, we will then re-assess, review progress and set future goals before locking in the next 6 weeks. All coaching sessions last 60 minutes.
One-to-One Training
Although you will see results during your first 6 weeks with us, it is important to understand that long lasting biological change takes time, patience and hard work, which is why we encourage all our clients to share our long term vision when starting their journey with us. All sessions are private and held at our purpose-built training studio. Mobile sessions and home visits are available.
